Refund and Returns Policy

1. Refund Eligibility

We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. Refunds may be issued in the following circumstances:

  • Order was not delivered
  • Order was incorrect or incomplete
  • Food quality issues (must be reported within 1 hour of delivery)
  • Cancellation before order preparation begins

2. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Orders cancelled after preparation has begun
  • Change of mind after delivery
  • Issues reported more than 1 hour after delivery
  • Delivery fees (unless order was not delivered)

3. Refund Process

To request a refund:

  1. Contact us within 1 hour of delivery at cs@dtyexpress.com or (619) XXX-XXXX
  2. Provide your order number and reason for refund
  3. We will review your request within 24 hours
  4. If approved, refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days

4. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order:

  • Before preparation begins: Full refund
  • After preparation begins: No refund, but we may offer store credit
  • Contact us immediately if you need to cancel

5. Store Credit

In some cases, we may offer store credit instead of a refund. Store credit is valid for 90 days from the date of issue and can be used for future orders.
